There's really no good reason Manny Ramirez should ever be chasing a wiffle ball bat for someone, we don't know why he did it for us, but he did. Thanks Manny. The year was 2008, it was early September, the race for the presidency was heating up, Manny was still settling in in L.A., a Rays/Phillies Series seemed unlikely, and a little known man with a wiffle ball bat was making his rounds through the pre-game shows of so-cal baseball.
