Tampa Bay Rays slugger, Carlos Pena, recently ended a 6 game HR streak, coming just 2 games shy of the MLB record held by Dale Long, Don Mattingly, and the recently retired, Ken Griffey Jr. It was the 2nd biggest moment of his 2010 season, as just a few months earlier, to his great surprise, he got to play Who Knows You Better with the Batting Stance Guy. It’s been a big year for Carlos, its been a real big year.

He likes that it would feel as natural to see Madden at a Coldplay concert as in the dugout at Tropicana. He likes that they’ve got a roster brimming with young talent. He likes that, in the toughest division in baseball, they’ve come outta the gates red hot. Does that have anything to do with the fact that they gave him his own jersey? You decide. The 2010 Rays.
