Remember when times were simpler? When big, red-bearded men could hit ludicrous amounts of home-runs late in their careers and nobody said boo? Sighhhhhhh. Thanks for the memories big mac. We hope this one takes everyone back as well, cause if nothing else, it was a whole lotta fun. Enjoy!

The winner of this week’s video poll, and the first of many FSN/BSG Classic Moments we’ll be sharing with you here on the site, is none other than the Kirk Gibson’s game winning HR off Dennis Eckersley in Game 1 of the 1988 World Series. It’s all there folks, the Magnum PI staches, the fist pumps, Tommy Lasorda’s gut, it’s really just as good as it gets. To make things extra fun, we’ve included the original footage.
